The FCCN 2025 Conference Program is now available

The program for the 2025 edition of the FCCN Conference is now available. The event will take place at the Convento de São Francisco in Coimbra from May 6 to 8, 2025.

The 16th edition of the annual meeting of the FCCN community, the digital services unit of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), is supported by the University of Coimbra and the Coimbra City Council. The event is aimed at those responsible for IT, library, documentation, and/or archiving services at higher education institutions, as well as decision-makers and institutional leaders in these areas and those responsible for science implementation and research units.

Over three days, topics related to Connectivity,Computing,Collaboration,Knowledge, andSecurity—the areas in which FCCN operates—and FCT digital services will be presented and discussed. Artificial Intelligence is one of the main topics in focus, with sessions dedicated to sharing projects, experiences, and initiatives that use this technology. Also in the spotlight will be the debate onWeb Accessibility, which addresses how educational and research institutions can comply with digital accessibility standards and best practices on websites and platforms. "Technology for knowledge," "sharing within the community," and "at the forefront of technology" are the major themes around which these conferences will revolve.
