Publication of Notice of the Call IC&DT Projects – Cooperation between Portugal and the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN)

The Notice of the Call for IC&DT Projects – Cooperation between Portugal and the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) has been published.

With a budget allocation of €2 million, funded by investment RE-C06-i06 – “Science Plus Training” from the PRR, the Call promote innovative ideas by supporting IC&DT projects, which must fall within one of the following thematic or sectoral areas: Computing for particle physics; Experimental and theoretical particle and astroparticle physics; Instrumentation for particle physics and Technologies associated with experimental particle physics.

Researchers affiliated with higher education institutions, their institutes, and R&D units; State Laboratories, Associate Laboratories international laboratories based in Portugal; Private non-profit institutions whose main purpose is R&D activities, including Collaborative Laboratories (CoLab) and Technology and Innovation Centers (CTI); and Other public and private non-profit institutions that develop or participate in scientific research activities. Funded projects will have a maximum duration of 24 months.

Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Mainland Portugal time) on April 23, 2024.
