Science Europe publishes the document “A Vision & Framework for Research Cultures”

Science Europe recently published the document “A Vision & Framework for Research Cultures: Improving the Conditions for Researchers, Research Ideas, and the Research Endeavor." This is the culmination of a series of activities carried out by this organization since 2021, when it established contributing to the evolution of research cultures as one of its strategic priorities.

Considering that cultural changes take time, the vision presented refers to the year 2040 and includes a set of actions to guide collective efforts towards this goal. In this document, Science Europe also undertakes to take measures within its power to improve research cultures.

The Foundation for Science and Technology has been part of the Science Europe Working Group on Research Culture since its inception and is a co-author of this publication.
