This Call also Call a strategic change in the financing of R&D and Science projects in Portugal, by consolidating the adoption of a financing model based on simplified costs, namely through the introduction of lump sums in IC&DT projects. This approach aims to simplify procedures and concentrate available resources on scientific results.
