Yes. The leave may have started before April 10, 2024, provided that the minimum number of days required for each type of leave (120 or 72 days) is reached between that date and June 2, 2025.

No. The start dates of parental leave are not taken into account for eligibility purposes. Leave can start before the time window (before April 10, 2024) and extend beyond June 2, 2025 (due to shared leave, extended leave, etc.). Yes, provided that in the time window from April 10, 2024 to June 2, 2025 you reach a minimum of 120 days of parental leave or 72 days of shared parental leave.
