The eligibility period runs from April 10, 2024, to June 2, 2025, inclusive.

Yes. The leave may have started before April 10, 2024, provided that, between that date and June 2, 2025, the minimum number of days required for each type of leave (120 or 72 days) is reached.

No. For eligibility purposes, the start dates of parental leave are not taken into account. Leave may begin before the time window (before April 10, 2024) and extend beyond June 2, 2025 (due to shared leave, extended leave, etc.). Yes, provided that during the period from April 10, 2024, to June 2, 2025, you take a minimum of 120 days of parental leave or 72 days of shared parental leave.

Yes. All days of parental leave taken are counted toward the periods of parental leave eligible for RESTART.
