FCT launches new FCCN-developed training for cybersecurity teams

FCT, through its digital services unit, FCCN, has developed the online training "CSIRT in a Box: Initial Training for Incident Response Teams", available on the NAU platform. Registration for this training is open until May 8, 2025.

The "CSIRT in a Box: Initial Training for Incident Response Teams" course aims to promote the creation of Computer Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs), not only through training but also by providing open source tools.

This training provides an overview of the process of creating this type of team, as well as the main activities carried out on a daily basis in this area. The course is available completely free of charge, with an estimated effort rate of two hours.

The NAU project is co-financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), under measure RE-C05-i08 - Ciência Mais Digital.
