The research activities of the applications must be carried out in scientific and academic institutions and may be conducted in any environment for the production and dissemination of knowledge, whether national or international, including higher education institutions, R&D units, Associate Laboratories, State Laboratories, and other public research institutions, as well as other private non-profit institutions whose main purpose is R&D activities.
