The research activities of the applications must be developed in scientific and academic institutions and can be carried out in any environment of production and dissemination of knowledge, national or international, including higher education institutions, R&D units, Associate Laboratories, State Laboratories and other public research institutions, as well as other private non-profit institutions that have R&D activities as their main objective.
