The European Joint Program (EJP), under Horizon 2020, is an action co-financed up to 70% by the European Commission, with the aim of supporting coordinated national research and innovation programs.
The EJP's main activity consists of implementing a joint program of activities to achieve the common objectives of Horizon 2020, from research and innovation to coordination and networking activities, including training, demonstration and dissemination actions, support for third parties, etc.
Funding can be used to improve and expand the activities of existing coordinated programs or create new ones, as long as they aim to achieve the objectives of a joint European transnational program established by the consortium.
