The Joint European Program (EJP) under Horizon 2020 is an action co-funded up to 70% by the European Commission to support coordinated national research and innovation programs.
EJP's main activity consists in implementing a joint program of activities to achieve the common objectives of Horizon 2020, from research and innovation to coordination and networking activities, including training, demonstration and dissemination actions, support to third parties, etc.
Funding may be used to improve and expand the activities of existing coordinated programs or to create new ones, as long as they aim to achieve the objectives of a joint European transnational program established by the consortium.
