The Scientific Employment Stimulus Program is an incentive for hiring researchers and developing scientific employment and career plans by public or private institutions.
This financial support strengthens the national scientific and technological system and promotes employment opportunities for PhD holders, facilitating the formalization of scientific employment and contributing to greater national attractiveness for highly qualified young people. It also contributes to the rejuvenation of scientific institutions, attracting more and better scientists, and facilitating a framework that encourages researcher mobility.
