Prospects in R&D and Innovation

The need to anticipate future crises, megatrends, and emerging phenomena, as well as their impact on policies—coupled with the need to strengthen resilience—has given increased relevance to Strategic Foresight in R&D and Innovation within the framework of European policies. This relevance has been accentuated in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and, more recently, with the war in Ukraine.
