All expenses associated with the national and foreign registration of patents for example: copyrights, utility models and designs, national models or trademarks when associated with other forms of intellectual property, including fees, research into the state of the art, consulting fees.

A patent has a number of expenses associated with it, namely:

• Expenses prior to the submission of the patent application (consulting fees, translation, prior art searches, etc.);
• Expenses for the submission of the patent application (submission fees, etc.).
