Reporting Channels

The FCT provides two channels for reporting complaints:

The Whistleblowing Channel under the RGPDI is intended to receive reports of infringements falling within any of the areas provided for in Article 2 of Law No. 93/2021 of December 20, by any body, service, or agent of the FCT, I.P.

Complaints concerning infringements which, although falling within the scope of the aforementioned legislation, relate to entities, bodies, services, or agents other than FCT, I.P., should be submitted to the authorities which, in accordance with their powers and responsibilities, should or may be aware of the matter in question in the complaint, namely the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Criminal Police bodies, and the General Inspectorates, as provided for in Article 12 of Law No. 93/2021 of December 20.

The Harassment Reporting Channel stems from FCT's commitment to preventing, prohibiting, and combating any practice or conduct that violates human dignity. Harassment is a discriminatory practice par excellence, violating human dignity and preventing a healthy and inclusive work environment.
This Channel is a specific mechanism for combating all forms of harassment and should be understood as a tool for the prevention, detection, and treatment of practices of this nature, encouraging the promotion of an inclusive environment through the participation of civil society.
